ROOM FOR RENT

This room is close to Lake Lewisville and Highland village. 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. 20 minutes from Irving. Multiple parks and trails in the area. The house is already furnished. Only 1 person in the room, please (no couples). No pets allowed. Females only. The room is carpeted. Room is located upstairs next to restroom. Share restroom with 2 other females. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
The tenant must verify an income of at least 2.5 times the rent.
Month-to-Month agreement OK, but longer tenant preferred. I am renting all the rooms out individually and take a lot of care in selecting the right tenants. Everyone’s comfort and safety is my top priority.
About the roomies
Roommates include 3 females and 2 hypoallergenic dogs. Will only fill vacancies with females. Clean, quiet home.
