Kyle's room

The room is in a duplex in Victoria park. It’s a pretty cool setup with a pool, some mango trees and a grill. The apartment itself is a 2/2 so you pretty much have your own bathroom because I use my own in the master. Living room, dining and kitchen stuff will be provided since I’m already settled in here.

I also have a trusted cleaning person that comes every 2 weeks for $100. I would prefer to keep letting her clean as it makes any roommate situation easier.

My current roommate will be moving out sometime in December so you may be able to move in early.

I’m a very easy going 29 year old. I go to work M-F in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. Other than that I like to go to the gym, play video games with friends, and ride bikes. I do have a dog. His name is Tucker. Anytime you want to swim laps in the pool he’s your guy.
