This is the “Green Room” available. Bedroom with walk-in closet, full-size bed, TV, Wifi, common use of loft, formal living room, eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer on premises, dishwasher available. Keyless front-door entry, and each room is locked with individual key locks. The room comes with plenty of closet/storage space. Bi-weekly provided/included cleaning of all common areas by a professional cleaning service. Located close to the freeway entrances, Midway Park, Lake Lowell Park, many restaurants on the Nampa-Caldwell Blvd, College of Western Idaho: Canyon County Center and other college locations.

Currently the owners of the home live at the house on the other side of the house on the same floor. Eventually the owners will move out. There is another room available to rent on the same side of the house as this room that will have a shared bathroom with the other renter.
