Randy's room

The room is an 11x12 with the hall bath, there is no one sharing the bath but it would need to be kept relatively clean as it would also be the guest bathroom. Its a 3 bed 2 bath house, the third bedroom will be setup as a guest bedroom and will be available for the renter to have the occasional guest as well - just talk to me ahead of time to make sure schedules don’t conflict.

I am a 23 year old mechanical engineer, and it will be just me and my dog Clancy. He’s a Bernedoodle, so a large breed dog but very calm and friendly. Since I do have a dog, I am open to a roommate with a dog just subject to approval. I tend to be fairly quiet, and try to be pretty neat. I hope to find another young professional in the area, but am open to both students and older options.
