Hey all! My bf and I are looking for a roommate. Our roommate decided to move back home so we need someone to take over his lease. The apartment is on Beach and PCH in Huntington Beach. Our complex is Super nice with two pools, two Jacuzzis, two gyms, a clubhouse, bonfires, grills and more. The room for rent has a big closet and a private bathroom. $1500/ month. I believe there will be no security deposit required as it’s a lease takeover.

We are looking for a roommate who has a job and/or goes to school full time. You gotta be at least decently clean, and have a respectful relationship. No kids. Preferably no pets as we have a small cat and small dog. Both of which are super chill. Would prefer someone around our age too!
