Amenities include tennis/pickleball, garden club, 9 hole golf course, gym, clubhouse with Library, and a pool in summer. It’s very quiet here.

I am the only person living here and I own the property. I work from home but I get out 3 times a week to play pickleball. I’m and avid beach goer. bright and fun to be with. I listen to music when I cook but it’s smooth jazz. W/D, dishwasher, security gate.
