Room size: 13L x 11.5W About Rental: Room rental on a Month-to-Month lease. Includes utilities such as water, gas, electricity, and wifi. The bathroom is private and is part of the room rental amount.

Location: Room for rent in the booming Downtown Wheaton. Literally, a 1-minute (or approx. 400ft) walk to the bus station and Redline metro. The location is a convenient walking distance from the AMC movie theater, mall, diverse restaurants, multiple banks, 24-7 Safeway, and so much more. Currently looking for a professional roommate to share the home with two other members.

Cost: $1075 room and private full bath with utilities included.

Deposit: $1075 upon signing the lease.
