About the room
The apartment is a 3 bed, 1 bath. It’s an management building so repairs and maintenance is done timely. The apartment will be available from 1st November. Rent is $1250+ utilities (which are around $50 in the summer and much cheaper in the winter)+ Wifi. Heat and water are included.
About the building: -> Washer and dryer in the building -> Elevator in building -> Top floor unit -> 8 minute walk to the light rail and Shoprite -> less than 2 minute walk to the 126 bus (which takes you to NYC) -> 6 mins from Washington street -> 12-15 mins from hoboken path ->CitiBike stations 2 minutes away walking too
The room is of good size and fits a full size bed, a dresser and a desk. The apartment also gets a lot of natural light
About the roomies
My roommate and I are both 24 and we work in NYC in tech. We both work hybrid schedules. We are looking for someone similar who is also clean and respectful. Living area if fully furnished and apartment has all the basics as we live here so no need to furnish that just your room
