Room for rent in a 4 bedroom house with three roommates and a beagle. Two shared bathrooms between roommates, main bathroom is pictured. The room size is ~150 sq ft. Room includes a queen mattress, a bed frame, a dresser and nightstand. It is furnished at $975/month, internet and utilities included in the rent. Can accommodate a reasonable amount of storage in the attic or basement if needed. Kitchen, dining, living room and enclosed porch are shared, the whole house is about ~2000 sq ft. Laundry is on the first floor. There is space for parking in the drive way. Downtown Maynard is a mile away, a few steps to the Assabet River Rail trail, and South Acton MBTA commuter rail is 1.4 miles away.

The roommates are ages, 20s, 40s, and 50s. All working professionals and student. Everyone is super friendly and kind and keep to themselves.
