Chloe's room

This room is located on Beach and Warner! A very good spot to be in, everything is around you and the beach is 10 mins by car. Bedroom is upstairs with a big ceiling and floor window and closet with sliding doors. The bathroom is shared with me (Chloe) and I keep it very clean. We would split the counter top, medicine cabinet and under cabinet. Wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Kitchen is small but we got tile floors, a ton of appliances you may use, dishwasher and a brand new fridge. Also, washer and dryer in unit (we do have restrictions no washing 4-9pm due to electrical bill). We have a little patio and backyard which were working on for a garden. We have a fireplace, heater for the winter but no ac sadly.

Hey there! I’m Chloe (24) and my other roommate is Lita (40). I actually met Lita when I moved into the condo, we hit it off and now were two friends looking for another Roomie! I have a cat named Haku! Since I have a pet plus I’m a clean freak, don’t worry cat hair is never an issue, doesn’t smell like cat (ew) and overall he’s pretty well behaved. Lita and I also have partners who are over quite a bit. We usually have friends over, dinners together, watch parties, and game nights but nothing too crazy. It’s a pretty social house so communication is key. We’re both very respectful, open minded, loud, funny, dorky, and considerate. We are definitely looking for someone considerate! Honestly, its a good environment, fun and safe place. We don’t mind guests as long as (again) communication. Her and I are pretty spiritual so incenses burning, sage, crystals, you name it.
