Lots of common space (all furnished), a well-equipped kitchen, in-house laundry, easy parking, and a beautiful backyard space with grass/fruit trees/ patio. It’s a great house for having friends over, sharing dinners, walking around the lake and farmers markets -both 5 minute walks! Super ideal location!!! The house is shared with 2 other individuals mid-20’s who share the common spaces with respect, kindness, cleanliness, and clear communication. We enjoy art, music, hiking, and spending time together, occasionally having friends over. Both UC grads, one mainly working from home and one not.
