About the room
I am currently living in 1 bed/1 bath unit at Promenade apt. at town center, but I want to move into 2 beds/2 baths plan (still promenade) in Oct or later. I am wanting to move only because I want to save some rent! (I have been enjoying living at Promenade so far.) Since I have not moved in yet, I am down to take a tour together to decided on which floor plan as well. The apt has a gym and a swimming pool but unfortunately, the pool is currently under construction. Malls are located in walking distance (target, home goods, TJ man, Peets coffee, and etc). FYI, I am not sure about the amount of deposit!
About the roomies
I am from South Korea, and I go to Calarts (grad program). I am clean and organized (not crazily). I am looking for someone who is mature and clean :)
