About the room
This is a ground floor unit, with off street parking and in-unit laundry. It’s located directly off of I-25 & Colorado, so you can’t beat the convenience! The kitchen and dining room are shared spaces, and you’ll have your own ¾ bath across the hall from your room. Your room is approximately 10’ x 14’ and you’ll have a walk-in closet that is 4’ x 5’. The room is unfurnished, and costs $825 for your half of the rent (which will increase building-wide in January), plus splitting internet and electricity costs (usually under $75 combined).

About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the 2 bed 2 bath place with a 78 year old man that owns and operates his own cleaning business.
On occasion you’ll get a chance to enjoy some of his great cooking! (look out for the amazing fudge as we make it towards the winter)
