We are looking for a fourth roommate (female preferred) for our 4 bedroom, 3 bath El Dorado Hills home, gated community. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, kitchen privileges, and access to washer and dryer. High-speed internet access is also included. Cable possible and included if desired. Friendly household, washer and dryer, extra fridge and freezer available to use/share. Maid service twice monthly for community areas. About the bedroom: • New wall to wall carpet • Large closet in room • Private bathroom • Unfurnished. (Twin bed and bookshelf available if desired). • Dimensions: 10’ x 11’ (not including the closet)

About the house: • 3300 square feet private home • Bright and airy • 2 stories, your bedroom is downstairs
• 3 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms on 2nd floor, and one full bathroom on 1st floor) • Dishwasher • Washer and dryer • Nice backyard with sitting areas • Shared driveway parking • Conveniently placed near shopping centers, hiking trails, mountains, library, and easy access to I-50 and Folsom.
Must like pets; we have a puppy and several cats. We can’t take any additional pets since we have a full house.
We are looking for a professional or student who is friendly, respectful, responsible, and clean. No smoking, alcohol, or drugs please.
