Looking for someone to take over my half of the lease, as I’m planning to move in with my fiancé asap. Lease is up in late April 2023. Perfect for someone looking for a temporary room to rent! Apartment is located in downtown, East Village. Building is fairly new and not too many units so it’s very quiet. You would be getting the master bedroom which has it’s own private bathroom, walk-in closet and a door to the balcony. Rent includes 1 parking spot (tandem parking), storage space in garage and trash valet service. Utilities would be split between you and roommate. *Credit check is required and deposit would be based off of credit.

Roommate is a professional female that works from home, early hours. She has a “handi-capable” rescue doggy and is open to another roomie with a well behaved dog. Sorry, no cats! Roommate hardly has company over and would most likely appreciate the same. She’s very friendly, clean, considerate and mostly keeps to herself. We can set up a FaceTime call to meet if we all think it could be a good fit :)
