Great house right off Hasley Canyon and the 5 fwy, literally 1 minute to the freeway which is really convenient. There is a cute little park right across the street. You will be sharing the house with my boyfriend and I. He has his kids every other weekend and they don’t always stay here but there will be kids around. Must like animals, I have 3 dogs and 1 cat.. one dog is a rescue for now until we can find him a home but unfortunately we cannot have any other animals :( We are asking for $1k a month and $1k deposit + split utilities. We are looking for someone to move in asap, someone who wants to be here at least 6 months. You will have a private room and shared bathroom and we are looking for someone clean and laid back so we can all live happily and peacefully together. We all work together to contribute to the house and keep it clean. Guests are okay as long as they aren’t sleeping over every night. Thanks!

We are both bodybuilders and love being active and going to the gym and eating food hehe. We don’t party or anything like that, no worries if you do but just not at the house. We are pretty quiet and don’t have too many guests over. We pretty much just chill when we aren’t working or hitting the gym. I work with dogs so I dog sit during the day occasionally so sometimes there will be random dogs over.
