Lovely 5 bedroom home in beautiful safe family neighborhood. Fully furnished, we will lease the Second Floor large Master bedroom with sitting room attached. Large Ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower and double sink vanity. The entire bottom floor is for your use to include office, dining room, living room and beautiful kitchen, backyard patio and front porch. This is our second home and we will be staying there for approximately 3 weeks every other month. The rest of the time you will have the entire place for your own privacy. Super convenient to both Davidson and Cornelius. p.s. If you need a second bedroom for use for an additional person we can offer a second bedroom on the second floor for an additional amount.

I am looking to share my second home with a student or temporary working individual. I come to Charlotte to visit my grandchildren every other month for approximately 3 weeks. I am quiet and friendly and I usually come home from playing with my grands go to bed, recharge for our next play day! I leave the house to go and visit them at their home in Charlotte. We would welcome a student or working person who does not smoke and lives a calm lifestyle.
