Fully furnished bedroom with shared bathroom walking distance to SDSU. Room has desk, dresser, full size bed with white linens, ceiling fan, central AC/heating, blackout curtains and mini fridge! There is a guest bathroom you’d share with another roommate if there’s another roommate renting a room.

College Area is a walkable community close to SDSU (about .75 mi) away. The neighborhood is usually quiet with some college parties every now and then. The house is peaceful, always clean and gets lots of bright light. AC unit in the house keeps it cool during summer and warm in “winter”.

The house is a mid century modern style home built in the 50s. It’s on a decent size lot with a newly renovated fun backyard including hot tub, horse shoes, darts, corn hole, and a built in bar area. The room is available for short term or long term rental. Rentals at 12 months can be renewed annually as necessary.

Landlord occupied home. Stay at home working professional. The house is always clean, orderly, and includes housekeeping in common areas. Home is peaceful and quiet.

*Pic has a cat but is no longer in the house. However may still be a problem with those with pet allergies. This is a strict smoke/drug free home.
