ABOUT THE PLACE I’m renting the entire upstairs of my house. The upstairs has a master bedroom which comes with a King size bed. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a separate living room with lots of windows and natural light. HiSense floor AC Unit provided. The rest of the house has an open kitchen/living room floor plan and an awesome fenced backyard with a furnished deck with a sofa, chairs and fire table. The neighborhood is super trendy with lots of close establishments such as The Veil Brewery, Stella’s Market, Blanchard’s Coffee, Charm School Icecream, BOHO Climb & Bike. CVS/Walgreens and plenty of great restaurants are walking distance away. Close to Forest Hill Park, The James River Trail system, Dogwood Dell and Maymont and The Fan District.

ABOUT ME I’m a nice, kind hearted middle aged graphic design professional. I work hard and have a full time job and gone most of the day. After work, I enjoy cooking at home and watching TV or heading out to meet friends. On the weekends, I enjoy riding my mountain bike or Stand Up Paddle boarding on the James and love checking out music and other fun events. I also spend a lot of time at my girl friend’s place so gone a lot over the weekends. I’m social and enjoy good conversations but also can stick to myself quietly at home. I keep a clean house and expect my roomie to do their fair share.
