An adult female and a teenager reside in the house. We are looking for someone responsible who does not smoke inside the house and is is okay with having a background check done. We are a quite family who go to school and work on a daily basis. Inside the house you would get access to everything. We also have parking space for you to be able to park. Plain and simple we are looking for someone who is responsible, hard working and is looking to find affordable living in the West Palm Beach area.
