Fernanda's room

Renting the top floor of my house which has a living room sized room & huge walk in closet & space in the garage, aback patio, yard & a laundry room. You will have the sunny bathroom off the main hall downstairs to yourself!

My elementary aged son and I live here with our dog (our dog Mouse is only here part time) on the main floor of the house. We love music and dancing and being outdoors. I’m very clean and organized. I’m an open communicator and appreciate someone who can do the same! We’re totally cool with having a roommate do their own thing but are also down to collab on dinners or hangs. :) I do have friends over for dinners and am cool with you doing the same!
