The house has driveway parking and is in a very nice neighborhood on a golf course. The potential renter will have a private bedroom and a private bathroom, and access to all the common areas of the house. Second floor laundry room, driveway parking, and tons of storage in the basement. . No smoking and not a place to entertain large groups of people. Must be dog friendly. There is a $55 dollar a month cleaning fee not included in the rent. All other utilities are included.

I am a 53 year old male who works a lot, I have one female roomate(59) and one male roomate(54)I am looking for one more female roomate. We are all easy to live with. I have large dogs but they don’t live in the house. I prefer to rent on a month to month basis.
