Includes trash, water, electric and gas. Internet also provided with DISCOUNT option on rent should you have your own Wi-Fi and Router. Central heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans.
NO smoking, vaping, no additional storage, and no overnighters. Room Rental Contract is for ONE ADULT only with no exceptions in rental contract and a FOUR MONTH MINIMUM Rental. Parking for one vehicle in front of residence.

Residence is owner occupied who is clean and enjoys outside activities, the gym, and does not smoke/vape, not cannabis friendly, little if any alcohol usage, does not like clutter.
