Katrina's room

One unfurnished bedroom available in a 3-family 2-story home near Mercy Hospital in Springfield. There is an option for a furnished bedroom after October 11. Unit is on the 2nd floor and a 3-bedroom. All utilities are included, $650/month. Pets are allowed. We do own one gentle and loving cat. Bathroom, kitchen, and living room are all shared. Laundry in unit, storage space in the basement, and a cute backyard. There is space in the garage for a vehicle and house is near a bus stop. There is a spare room that we are using as a guest room/office that can also be used for visitors staying a night or two.

We are a quiet, introvert, easy-going married couple in our late twenties/early thirties that work full-time. We are just moving in and in progress of unpacking. Both of us are fully vaccinated and had our COVID boosters. We are homebodies who enjoy video games and anything nerdy. Wife also goes to school part-time, enjoys cooking and starting a veggie/fruit garden in Spring. Husband generally works 50+ hour weeks, crashes when he gets home and watches anime and build model kits in his spare time. We maybe have 1-3 people come over once a month for gaming or a movie marathon. We are non-smokers but don’t mind if you smoke outside.
