Kathy's room

You would have your own room in a medium size condominium where the shared space would be living room dining room and kitchen. It’s close to everything in Redbank and it’s a beautiful clean unit and property. I work from home but you would barely know that I am here because I work in my bedroom most of the time. I’m quite sensitive to others and their living needs and understand that this may be a stopgap apartment for someone. I’ve had people who came because they were leaving someone, or they just sold a house and needed a place to stay for a year, or just moved from Florida and didn’t have a place to stay and wanted to take time to find permanent housing. I will work with you on what your needs are, just ask. My cat loves dogs so I don’t mind if you have a dog that doesn’t chew things. I work from home as a Jazz booking agent. I am extremely active playing pickle ball a few times a week and working out a few times a week. Oh that reminds me there is a gym on the premises. I would like someone who is somewhat like-minded.
