Nice clean apartment close to bus line. Recently painted and white inside. First-floor unit. Complex has a swimming pool and community building. This apartment is safe and nice for the price.

You will be living in your own bedroom sharing the apartment with me, a female. We will share the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom isn’t large, but in exchange for the smaller room you can have the assigned parking space. The offered price includes utilities, as I pay the heat bill. I use my phone for internet right now, but we can split the ~$30 extra cost if you need internet.

I am a full-time student, aged 20. I keep and want my place clean and quiet. My home is where I chill and relax and can be calm. Drama is not part of my life, and significant others don’t hang around or stay overnight. You should want the same kind of situation. Maybe the best way to say this is: please, only apply if you are a quiet nerdy type, or can respect me as one and live similarly :)

Age isn’t important, so someone older is fine with me. If this situation seems like it would be good for you, let’s be roomies.

BTW, you will need to pass the screening with the complex. That means no evictions, the ability to pass their background check, and income of 2x the rent I believe.
