My housemate Andrew and I are looking for a third roommate in our 2 floor duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 nice living rooms and 2 bathrooms in Williamsburg. We do have a small dog that is very well behaved. The room in the apartment is 8x12 with natural lighting and a closet. The apartment is 3 blocks from McCarren Park.

About the roomies
Andrew and I are both 28 and work hybrid schedules going once or twice to the office. Andrew likes playing team sports whether it is volleyball, kickball or basketball. I enjoy binging TV and managing to stay somewhat social. We do have a small dog named Elmo. Both of us are considerate and we enjoy having a clean apartment but are relaxed about it. We are looking for someone who is easy to live with and who cleans after themselves and can communicate any issues from becoming problems. We do enjoy having people over now and then but nothing crazy especially if you enjoy a quiet space.
