About the room
Please be noted this is a rental for a room in 2b2b. I just got admitted to another university and need to transfer my lease of the secondary bedroom. This is a secondary bedroom with a bathroom. The rental does not include utilities and network fees. In the master bedroom lives a quiet gentleman Gabe. He is very friendly and most of the time he works outside. Since I do not want to mail my bed and mattress of King size, I could leave the bed & mattress & lamp & vacuum cleaner & mop etc. and other unopened house goods to you.
About the roomies
The master room lives a college student and he is quiet and considerate. He usually goes to work at 13:00 and returns at 22:00.
