Roommates don’t party, don’t drink or smoke. Pets allowed with a $300 fee. No noisy neighbors. Move in date can be anytime after October 22nd. Not accepting anyone over the age of 24.

Noelle, Tylor and Sierra are the roommates you’ll be living with. Very smart individuals who are students at UW River Falls. Were nothing but nice and helpful to me while I lived there. I’m moving back home due to mental health problems, so absolutely nothing to do with the roommates or the property. Very close to 2 gas stations, near campus, and definitely in a primarily student lived building. Fast wifi as well. If you’re an online student or a student at UW River Falls, this is definitely going to be a good match for you!
