Jenna's room

A lovely 1,665 sq ft. townhouse in the suburbs with one shared wall. The shared wall is with our kitchen and upstairs office and the neighbor is pretty quiet, so you won’t hear any loud noises while you’re trying to relax in your room.

We are in a nice quiet area of the Woodlands only a few minutes away from an HEB. We’re adjacent to two major roads so there’s plenty of urban conveniences, but we’re immediately surrounded by neighborhoods with trees and serene parks. If you’re a student, we’re mere minutes away from Lone Star Montgomery and the Sam Houston Woodlands campus.

Maintenance and yard work are handled by property management, and you’ll have your own full bathroom adjacent to you. You can also share our office, kitchen/fridge space, and laundry room!

We are a young couple of two years. We’re in our twenties but are very responsible and focused on bettering our lives. I am an administrative assistant working on becoming a 3D modeler in the video game industry, and my boyfriend is a Sam Houston student working at a nice restaurant.

We usually cook our dinners at home and would be happy to share some of our larger meals with you! You’re also welcome to use the large flatscreen TV in our living room to browse any of our many streaming services. We generally go to bed sometime after 10 PM and would like quiet during that time. If you go to bed earlier than 10 we will respect that as well.

We don’t have many requirements other than please be respectful of us and our cat. This includes cleaning up after yourself and submitting your own maintenance requests for problems you notice. Rent is $643 a month, and utilities vary but are usually around $80. You’ll have to get your own renter’s insurance as it’s required by our management company, but that’s usually not more than $15/month.
