Looking for preferably female roomate, college student or young professional. This is a shared condo with 1 bedroom for rent with walk-in closet and extra storage space. The bathroom is shared with one other roomate. Roomate must keep common areas clean. Washer and dryer is in condo. There is one medium sized dog that lives here, 1 new pet allowed but must be friendly and owner must clean up after pet. Utilities are split equally.

Condo is in great location, super close to Aventura Mall, Hallendale, Sunny Isles, and Hollywood. About 25-30mins north of Miami central location

Condo currently has 2 female roommates both under 30 and 1 medium sized puppy.
