More pics to come! My home is 1100 square feet. Basement is partially finished and kind of dated but improvements are in progress. Includes queen sized bed, 2 recliners, Small kitchen table with chairs. Also, a partial kitchenette with own fridge, stove (oven not working), air fryer. Full, private bathroom (walk-in shower). Washing machine and dryer area is only shared area but are separate from living area. Basement has own entry as well. All utilities included. I have two large dogs, so if your allergic or frightened of dogs, be aware. Pets negotiable, smoking fine outside, street or driveway parking, quiet street one block from Carondelet Park and Highway 55. I will be hoping for month to month tenants but if available will do week to week. I will be doing a criminal background check but my main objective will be to ensure a potential tenant has no violent crime history. I own this home. I live a calm, quiet life between work, family, friends and pets. Wonderful nieghbors on quiet block. Privacy is important to me, yours as well as mine. No access to upstairs portion of home. I am not in a position to negotiate rent at any time. Thanks!
