Our home is located closely to everything!

We are close to Talking Stick, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, Waste Management Open, Salt River Fields for Spring Training, Barrett Jackson Car Show, and MUCH MORE! The house is conveniently located off the freeway with over 3/4 acre of back yard to play around in! We have 2000 sqft of turf, a totally remodeled pool, outdoor furniture and a pergola for all the outdoor entertaining in Arizona’s sunshine!

Bedrooms: On the East wing of the house are 3 spacious bedrooms with new frames and cozy bedding to snuggle up in.

Guest Bathroom: The guest bathroom is my favorite because of the gorgeous skylight that provides so much natural lighting or stars to enjoy the brand new soaking bath tub in the evening!

We picked out all the materials, textures, and accessories to remind us of our wedding location in Tulum Mexico. We hope that it will take you to a relaxing place too!

Dining Room: The table is currently set for 6 but seats up to 8 with additional seating at the kitchen countertop.

Kitchen: Because we live here, we have everything your home would have! Blenders, pots & pans, cheese grader, juicer, rice cooker, crockpot, mixer, spiralizer, etc.

Fireplace: I know it is summer, but it has a no heat setting so you can set the ambiance with the different flame colors and rock colors, go wild!

Backyard: This is by far the best spot to be at. Grab a cold drink, put on some music, and float in the pool.

About the owners (my husband & I) I am 29 and my husband is 30. I am a real estate broker and my husband is a mobile home broker. We rent our rooms because we have 4 bedrooms and don’t need all the space to ourselves. We are outgoing and have friends over to play games or hang out in the pool. We also have our church group come over every Wednesday night from 6 to 8pm. We do CrossFit every morning at 630 am and are in bed by 9pm most nights.

We aren’t smokers, partiers, and if we drink it is occasional and by a pool probably.

We have one other roommate here for a few months that is a traveling nurse. She is here on the weekdays and Tucson on the weekends. She is nice, clean and mostly at work.

We are looking for someone mostly on a short term month to month basis as we plan to rent out the whole house come Feb- March - April.
