Landscape is lit in the evening, making wine by the fire relaxing and beautiful. I am a single, 34 year-old professional (gay) who works in television. Most of my work can be seen on HGTV, NatGeo Wild and Food Network. I am upbeat, clean and keep a consistent schedule and routine (9-6 office hours, gym 3 nights per week, Sunday errands….). I rarely cook, and if I do it’s typically on the one pan that I use. The kitchen is basically just for entertaining. Enjoy using it! I enjoy having tenants and respect personal space should you prefer to keep to yourself. Bathroom is large and shared with storage space for the renter’s personal belongings.

I am a Denver Native. I am openly gay, keep a clean house and am a sucker for anything Parks and Rec, Letterkenny and The Office. I keep a consistent hybrid work schedule (3 days remote, 2 days at the office) and really like to work on small odds and ends of my property on the evenings and weekends. I am an easy roommate – I don’t really cook (other than my small George Foreman) and I work from home in an office that has a shut door. I like to keep my house clean and also respect personal space. I love dogs! BUT – am not looking for a renter with any pets at the moment. If you have a friend that brings theirs over that’s fine! I ask that they stay off the couch and that their paws are cleaned when they come back in the house if it’s muddy out! And that you pick up the poop. That’s it :)
