I have a nice 2-story home iwith all wood/tile floors in Round Rock/Travis county that is 5-mins away from the I-35/45-toll intersection, which has greatly helped me get around the city (20min north of Austin-center) House was turn key when I moved in 2014 and has been maintained well. Its a 3/2 with all bedrooms upstairs. Your bedroom is 10X10, with a double closet, two IKEA style dressers, night stand, small table, night stand (keep them in there or move then out, your choice). Also, a comfy queen size bed, a double sized window, and the fan in the house, therefore making it the coldest room in the house if you so desire The bedroom would be right across the hall from the bathroom/shower/tub. It has his/her sinks a small storage closet and storage underneath the sink, and plenty of hot water. AC unit up and downstairs, so it is nice and cool at night. Downstairs has a dinning room, open living room (72in TV), breakfast table, and nice kitchen (what jumped out to me when I bought it). 2 shelves for food in the pantry and 2 in the freezer. New-ish washer and dryer The garage is a full two car garage with minimal workout stuff on one side and 2 storage spaces available. If you really wanted to get your car in the garage, maybe, but with the trees over the driveway, I have not gotten any hail damage. The backyard has some nice foliage, coolcrete decking a spacious roof covered grill, comfortable seating, and a propane grill that keeps on burning. Also, has a really nice in-round pool, with an old-school deep-end so it stays refreshing. 2-cats, mine is cool and mom’s hates everyone, so not the spot for those allergic. I am really fighting Santa on getting a dog this year….. I have helped 3-younger guys walk the path to sobriety/serenity and peace of mind. None of us perfect, but are time together here was beneficial to all. It’s not a house, its’s a home, and some participation in the lives of others here is somewhat expected.

I am a single dad who was a teacher for 12 years, Special Education (hoping to get back to it soon) play rugby, sand volleyball, and always going somewhere.I am also in the program and do not drink (if you do, out of sight) not the party house, but people with good vibes always welcome (in low numbers). I have a 6yo. son who is in 1st grade and I share 50/50, and his AMAZING, caring/considerate . He goes to school in Leander. his room is closest to yours, but he still sleeps with me most of the time and will share my bathroom, not yours My last three roommates have adored, if you show him any positive attention, you might be his new best friend, jk-ish. My mother is 68 with dementia, also lives with me in a converted office upstairs. She smokes cigarettes (OUTSIDE) and drinks with every beer in a cup and cans kept in a personal cooler, then taken directly to the trash. Her cognition is delayed, but she actively helps with chores everyday, responsible for her own hygiene gene, and medication management. She takes up the meta-physical space of a postage stamp, is truly dependent as far as the outside world is considered, but with it enough to be encouraging. No, I do not have mommy issues and she will not be domineering in any way (she is sweet and has had a hard life. There are 2-cats, mind is cool, moms hates everyone (if your allergic, not the spot). I am presently fighting Santa about getting a dog, because I have big enough of a backyard to have one.If you got a dog outside, unless in your room
