Furnished room in a 3-bedroom house! The room is as pictured and comes with a large closet for clothes and storage. Floor to ceiling sliding mirrors. Remote controlled overhead light and fan. Washer and dryer onsite. Plenty of parking. The kitchen is fully equipped and will be shared, just ask folks treat all items with care.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a large backyard. Plenty of street parking.

All utilities/bills $145/month, anything over that I cover monthly. No teleworking please.

I’m a 31-year-old trans man and work for the county full time. I am big on direct communication and keeping the shared spaces clean. Hoping to get along socially with roommates but not necessary.

Other roomie: 28-year-old scientist. He is super chill and loves a good laugh. He’s a gym dude through and through. We both get along pretty well.
