Kevin's room

Located near The Shoppes at Parma (Parmatown), this neighborhood is very safe and quiet and close to many amenities, including University Hospital and Tri C. All utilities are included, and there is an ADT security system as well. I have completed many updates including newer carpeting, new paint throughout and a complete and total kitchen remodel. There is a new Bowflex in the basement that you are free to use at your convenience.

Only my 2 year old cat and I live here. She can be a lot of fun and is very friendly. I don’t have visitors often and never anyone overnight. I don’t drink or party but I am 420 and light drinker friendly. I’m very easy going and laid back and not a fan of drama.
