This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom is available for $1000/month + half of the PGE bill (no pets or smoking). It is spacious with a shared living room, deck, and kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, and an electric range. Your room is 8 1/2 ft by 12 1/2 ft, and a large 8 1/2 ft closet in the room. The living room has a large screen TV with DVD player, a keyboard and an electric foot massager, all of which you are welcome to use. You’ll have access to the community pool and plenty of storage space both in your bedroom and in the hallway. Your hallway closet would be a 4 ft space. You also have your own locked storage space in the garage area. There is on site laundry. There is a full size mattress and frame available for use if needed. This quiet building has beautifully landscaped grounds and a secure, gated parking garage. A parking spot is available for an additional $100/month. The building is located right at the entrance to Washington Park and within short distance to miles of hiking trails, the Oregon Zoo, the Japanese and Rose Gardens, NW 23rd Avenue and all its shops, and, if you’re a soccer fan, a few blocks away from Providence Park.

My name is Zoë Lehr. I’m a quiet, single 33 year old cis female who works full time as a New Seasons cashier. My days off are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I don’t smoke.
