Ron's room

We are renting a Master Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. You will have full kitchen privileges, washer & dryer, and pool access. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, flat screen tv and desk with a chair. There is parking available for one car in our driveway. The property is located about 1 mile from Downtown Gilbert in a Safe and Quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I live also live at the house. My wife is in her 30’s and I’m in my 50’s. We are non smokers, non drinkers and don’t do drugs. Our home is very quiet and drama free. We have no children or pets and like to keep the house clean. As roommates we will tend to keep to ourselves but are open to a friendly conversation. We are looking for a single person to rent this room who is employed, non smoker, no pets, and is laid back like us.
