Hello,

I am looking for a roommate to fill the double bedroom in my home. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house.

When you respond please include your age and tell me a little about yourself. A picture of yourself would be nice but is not required.

Rent is $880, month to month. I will require a $150 deposit, first and last months rent. There will be a rental agreement that will need to be signed as well. The room will be available November 1st, possibly earlier. The pictures of the bedroom are before the new floors and new door was installed.

About me:

I am 40 yrs old, quiet, respectful, responsible. My interests are computers/tech, poker, music, art/design. I am single with no kids and only really have guests over on some Saturdays. I love learning and have recently been teaching myself programming and pen testing because I am interested in switching careers. I play poker and sometimes host games on Saturdays at my house. I am open minded and enjoy conversations with other open minded and intelligent people. I currently work from home in my office/bedroom. I am pretty quiet at home and am in my room a lot of the time. The kitchen is a community area so I keep it clean and do not spend a lot of time cooking.

What I am looking for:

I am looking for someone who is, most importantly, employed, responsible, honest, quiet and respectful. I would prefer someone that does not work from home, rarely has guests over and has no pets. I would like to find someone who I just get along with very easily. I am open to everyone but I generally get along best with people who are open minded and who aren’t concerned about popular current events or mainstream news/narratives. I am easy going and I would just like my roommate to be easygoing as well.

If you have messaged me about the room for rent and I have not responded after a while it is probably because I am in communication with another person that is a good match. If the ad is up then the room is still available. I will take the ad down once the room has been filled.
