About the room
This peaceful area on the outskirts of Redding is a great location. Close to Shasta College and the town of Redding, yet it feels like you are in the country. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is just over 2000 sf on over 2 acres. I am looking for a roommate who is easy going, tidy and flexible. I use the master bedroom, but you can choose between the other 3. The kitchen is updated, fully appointed and shared. The yard is only fenced on 2 sides of the property, so roaming pets may not work out. We have an old yellow lab, very sweet and submissive.
