I am about to do a little traveling and would love to sublet my 1B1B apartment from 10/01 to 12/01 (with potential to extend by a month). The apartment is one of the newest buildings in downtown Oakland and has all the amenities you’d expect. I’ve lived here for almost a year now and have little to complain about.

Inside the apartment you’ll find:

• A large fully furnished bedroom with a Queen-sized bed
• A walk-in closet
• A living room with a round table, chairs and comfortable couch
• 55“ Sony tv with large speakers
• A standing desk and Secret Lab gaming chair
• A coat closet
• A full kitchen
• A large bathroom with shower (no bathtub)
• Washer and dryer
• A pull-up bar and adjustable weights
• A balcony with enough space to place chairs and a table

In the building you’ll find:

• A gym (kinda small but very underused)
• A large pool
• A Jacuzzi
• A rooftop with great views of Oakland

The apartment also has trash service so you only have to place your trash outside your door for a 7pm pickup.

This is a one-bedroom apartment in a large, new and quiet apartment complex.
