Room available in beautiful North Center neighborhood. Apartment is on second floor and is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex up with bedrooms on the top floor. Apartment has tenant paid central heating and AC, dishwasher, laundry on site in basement which is included in rent, and ample street parking.

Room is on the smaller side but can fit a full bed and a desk or chair.

Roommate is male in late 30s and works in bar industry. Someone who is easy going and tidy is preferred.
