Granby Court

Three bedroom split level house that is located on a quiet circle. The upper level includes the two rooms available for rent. They will share the full bath that is located between them. Each room has a full size bed and large closet. The ground level includes the kitchen (with island) dining and living room. These spaces will be shared. The lower level includes the laundry area (shared) my open office space (partially shared) my bedroom and bathroom. The house has a backyard that is fenced and can be accessed by a dog door in the kitchen area. The 2 car garage is being used for my car and a tool area. It has some room for storage.

I am a 52 year old man (straight) with a 4 year old hound dog (she is pretty chill). I work from home as an architect for a national firm. I moved to Fort Collins last year. I am nearly divorced. I have three college aged children that live back in Ohio. I am active, outgoing, outdoors oriented, and plan to ski a lot this winter. I am a respectful easy going person, open to anyone interested that is like wise.
