• Guest bedroom available October 1.

• Full sized bed included. You will have to provide the rest of the bedroom furniture.

• Shared bathroom.

• Fenced in backyard.

• $600 includes all utilities.

• Cat and dog friendly. However I do have dog allergies and my small dogs prefer other small dogs, so please keep that in mind. This will need to be discussed with me.

• Loving cats is a must. I foster for SPCA so some weeks/months there may be upward to 6-10 cats and kittens in the house. Please keep that in mind. I take good care of them and do my best to scoop up their litter daily as well as clean up their messes. My last roommate had issues with number of cats in the house so I wanted to put this out there.

• You will sign a lease agreement. If rent is not paid in time, late fees will apply. Proof of income required. I’ve allowed too many people to screw me over due to not putting lease agreements in writing.

• I love good communication. If issues arise (and hopefully they’re minor at best), let me know so I can take care of them. I want to ensure this is a comfortable environment for you and that you enjoy living here.

• We can discuss a reduction in rent if you are able to walk my dogs and feed them while I’m at work.

I am Deaf, though I was bought up in a hearing world so I unfortunately do not know sign language.

Also a huge homebody - my idea of a good time is snuggling with the dogs while writing my stories.
