Looking for a female roommate for the 2 bed 1 bath house that I rent in Jefferson Park.

I am a female, early 30’s, working professional and I work from home. I also have a dog (as pictured lounging on the couch), would be okay if you had 1 friendly dog but only 2 dogs total allowed. No cats.

I enjoy all the Colorado activities from snowboarding to hiking, climbing, etc.

Looking for a fun chill roommate that I get along with, easy/open communication, is clean, etc.

You would be taking over my current roommates lease which would be from October 1st - June 1st 2023, and we could resign if things are going well.
