. This is a 2 floor home. You can have top or bottom floor. This is a very quiet neighborhood where NOONE bother neighbors or people’s privacy. I am also private, clean, pretty quiet. I go to church. (Prefer Christian but not a must), just private person who respects others and is not real, real loud. You can be loud but not out of the norm. Only 10-12 miles from Birmingham..

I’m a Christian but don’t require Christian roommate, but would consider and respect privacy. I would l like an easy going person. I’m a singer so you may hear a little music but I respect people’s privacy. I’m not there all the time, so you can have some alone time.
