Assume my Glen Apartment lease! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in January 2023. Right across the street from CSUSB..

The room is 1 of 2 on the second floor and includes a full-size bed, desk & chair, private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and cable hookup with premium cable available. There is a washer and dryer on the first and third floor. We have appliances in the kitchen as well.

The Glen offers a fitness center, business/computer center, game room and pool and jacuzzi. The location is near many colleges and universities, but you don’t have to be a student to live here. There are many businesses, including dining and groceries within walking distance along University Parkway. THEY ALSO ALLOW PETS. ****The attached pictures are from The Glen website

The Glen has a $350 “relet” fee I will split ($175 each). Each month, including January, you will need to cover renters’ insurance ($10-12/month) and any excess electric fees that go over the “green cap” allowance of $50 a month. During the summer I usually had to pay $20. Parking is available but there’s a waiting list. I found it easier to get a parking permit at CSU San Bernardino.

After renewing my lease the rent went down, so for my room it usually goes for 875 or 900 but if you relet for me it will be 820.

The apartment has 5 rooms on 3 levels. My room is on the middle level. There is one other person on this level. There is a studio downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. We share a kitchen and living room area. There is a washer and dryer on the first and third floor. Everyone here is very clean and they barely come around anyways. Very quiet and keep to themselves but are also friendly and open to conversation! You can have guests over just get a parking pass! There is plenty of appliances as well.
