Walking distance to Cal Poly, close proximity to University Of La Verne , Mt. SAC, Western University. Utilities included. NO pets, no drugs, no smoking/vaping! NO overnight guests.

4 bedroom main house. 1 room two females and another room has a couple. Currently two calpoly Pomona university students occupy the rooms until may 20th couples are fine but price goes to $950 per month*

I am looking for someone clean, responsible (pays the bill on time), respectable and friendly This including all utilities except use of AC. If AC is used after 10pm to 8 am I will charge an extra $50 per month.
