A private room in a new townhome in the Exchange in Lehi. All utilities included! You’ll share a bathroom with two other girls. One garage spot available for a smaller car, or driveway, but there’s always parking directly in front of the house too! Right next to a park, we have a community pool, pickleball courts, and clubhouse. Minutes from Thanksgiving Point and I15. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby! There is an unfinished basement with plenty of storage space. The room is unfurnished. We had some guests stay and took pictures with a queen sized air mattress for scale. Though there is a full bed and a desk and chair available if you’d like them. No the living room is not always Christmas, I was just too lazy to go downstairs and take a new picture 😅

My roommates and I are between 30-32, LDS, clean and friendly! We like to both hang out in our rooms and have occasional craft/game nights. I love board games, scary movies, rock climbing, and doing gel nails. LDS not required though, none of us drink or smoke and we want a roommate who is similar. 2 work outside of the house, and I work from home M-Th but I do travel to Las Vegas fairly often and I pet sit occasionally so I’m not always home.
