Rachel's room

A private room in a new townhome in the Exchange in Lehi. All utilities included! You’ll share a bathroom with two other girls. One garage spot available for a smaller car, or driveway, but there’s always parking directly in front of the house too! Right next to a park, we have a community pool, pickleball courts, and clubhouse. Minutes from Thanksgiving Point and I15. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby! There is an unfinished basement with plenty of storage space. The room is unfurnished. We had some guests stay and took pictures with a queen sized air mattress for scale.

My roommate and I are both 27, LDS though not super active, clean and friendly! We like to both hang out at home and going out for fun activities. We love board games, scary movies, rock climbing, and pickleball! While we don’t make it to church every Sunday, neither of us drink or smoke and we want a roommate who is similar.
